The program's online construction scheduling and calendaring also facilitates communication by sending automatic email notifications that inform all members of any meetings, appointments, deadlines and other tasks, according to the vendor.
Thanks to BuilderTREND, homeowners are empowered throughout the homebuilding process with functions such as online change orders and warranty management, the vendor said. With these capabilities, homeowners are allowed to approve and decline change orders and upgrades, view running total costs, and make warranty requests from their personal computers.
