The modules for this CMiC Project Controls product include Estimate Management, Bid Tracking, Bid Analysis and Buy Out.
CMiC Change Management helps project executives optimize change order life cycle management, from when a potential change item arises to when it is ultimately approved. Throughout the change order process, this software automatically updates owner contracts and costs and units, the vendor said. Modules for this CMiC Project Controls product include the Proceeding Change Items, Owner Change Management and Subcontractor Change Management.
CMiC Forecasting, which includes General Conditions Forecasting, Productivity Management and Revenue Forecasting modules, allowing users to generate a reliable, precise forecast that can be used to identify red flags and head off any future problems, the vendor said.
CMiC Subcontractor Relationship Management integrates all subcontracting activity into an organization. Users can create, track and approve vendor applications online; they can also store ratings and past work performance for future reference; track liens, waivers, releases and insurance certificates, and gain full control of all subcontracting arrangements, including contracts, billing and payment arrangements, the vendor said.
