Each CYMAIV software version utilizes a modular approach so customers purchase only the applications they need. As your business grows, you are free to integrate additional modules for enhanced efficiency and functionality.
CYMAIV was designed to support an unlimited number companies and user-defined custom fields, and features a flexible, user-defined account number structure. Additionally, it delivers extensive security, reliable network performance in a multi-user environment and a host of configuration options.
Customization Options CYMA is highly customizable in multiple ways.
General Import: Through the use of an Active-X control, CYMA can be linked to nearly any third party tool or software (time clocks, bar code, shipping, HR, staffing, etc.). If the creation of a bridge is too complex for organizations choosing to link to CYMA, CYMA also supports General Import of CSV files.
Custom Reports: CYMA uses Crystal Reports as the primary report creation tool. Once created, any custom report, form or check can be added to the system. The use of Crystal Reports ensures that any document, basic to advanced, can be created.
Custom Fields / Custom Data Designer: CYMA supports an unlimited number of custom fields that are maintained in the database. These fields can be used to run complex, custom reports. Additionally, the customer/contact/employee maintenance screens have a Custom tab that allows users to set up customized forms. Some customers have established medical records and secondary contact information; however, the interface is entirely customizable to organizational needs.
eDesk: An integrated internet browser window for custom informational screens or application development. Customers can use existing HTML documents as a tutorial resource, perform basic non-accounting calculations, contact CYMA, and more.
CYMA users can also customize the documents using any HTML editor or change the starting page to an alternate location. Alternate locations and easy, open modification has been useful for clients that maintain a company Intranet or need quick links to banking information.
Additionally, CYMA eDesk can use custom links to call CYMA reports and traditional menu functions. CYMA eDesk uses a collapsible sidebar that allows access to visual workflows and a Control Center. The CYMA Control Center displays CYMA menu items in expandable columns that can be saved. This allows users to set up an ideal arrangement to speed processing and data entry.
