Designed for smaller projects, CYMA's Project Tracking module allows users to easily view a projects progress and track related expenses. Project Tracking provides a simplified version of tracking revenues, expenses, budgets and activities for smaller projects or jobs.
Transactions from General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll are consistently assigned, by project id, to the Project -- always providing an up to date financial overview of the project. Added clarity can be provided with the use of user defined cost categories, cost types and custom fields. Project Tracking is enabled within the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Accounts Receivable modules. When enabled, all entry screens within the module are enhanced to add Project Tracking fields to the data entry lines.
