The CYMA System Manager is the core element of the CYMA accounting system. Each installation of CYMAIV requires a System Manager. In a single location, users can manage multiple businesses, user access, accounting periods, custom forms and reporting.
What’s more is that a batch reporting facility has been added to the system. This enables users to generate batches of reports that can be created with a mouse click. Each batch can contain multiple instances of the same report and each report can be generated to show a different selection criteria. Each batch may consist of reports from different modules.
CYMA's User Level Security options serve to ensure that only authorized employees have access to confidential company information and key functions. In addition, users can be restricted from running CYMA URLs that automatically generate information from web page links in eDesk.
CYMAIV's eDesk is an HTML-based resource center that consists of application instructions, tutorials, JavaScript Financial Calculators and a wide variety of CYMA reference materials. eDesk can also be customized to run CYMA functions from the click of a link or be modified to act as a departmental intranet (HTML coding experience required).
CYMA Accounting Software modules are integrated so that the System Manager works seamlessly with other modules, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and more.
