Job Cost Reports: These reports allow you to see, review, and print out various types of information about your jobs. Review the various reports and experiment with a job to see which reports provide you the information you need.
Job Schedule Report: lists the start and end dates for specified jobs as well as the dates entered for individual cost codes of each job when the "detailed" report type is selected from the drop-down list box. This is useful for scheduling workloads, employees, vacations, and holiday closures to ensure that jobs are completed on schedule. For example, you could run this report for a certain job, and then compare the scheduled completion dates of different cost codes of the job against the company calendar, employees' scheduled time off, and business closures due to holidays, training sessions, etc. You could also use this report to assess the manpower needed for a job to determine whether more personnel will be needed. You can also use this report to find out which jobs are due by a certain date, which subcontractors are scheduled to be working on what jobs, and what materials will be required, and by when, for certain jobs.
Job Listing Report: displays each job, along with its description, phases, cost codes, and, if specified, the actual and estimated costs associated with each job. You can also use this report to find out what phases are attached to each job, how job costs are performing against estimates, and which jobs are coming up next, along with their expected revenue.
Job Master Report: shows the information entered in the job. This report can be printed to see the job information along with the phases and codes attached to those jobs. This report allows you to see the sales and billing history for a specific job or range of jobs and for a range of sales people.
Job Tickets Report: shows the cost codes attached to your jobs along with the required date (start date for process codes) and the estimated quantity of each. Use the job tickets report to see when codes are required for jobs, and the quantity you need.
