How does it work? You select the device you need based on the number of users. We preinstall the software on the server and ship it to your business. When the server arrives, simply plug in the device and assign it an IP address. You add authorized users to the system and it automatically sends them a link to connect to SinglePoint.

In case of hardware failure, we'll call you! Your Applianz server is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Many times a fault can be detected in advance of failure and you will receive a call to correct the fault before it occurs. Data is written to two different drives at once. If one drive fails, the other continues to write your data. No data loss, no worries.
You can even contact your point-of-sale peripherals. Point of Sales systems often have several devices attached: pole display, scanner, cash drawer, pin pad, etc. With SinglePoint, even remote users can power their point of sale peripherals.
