How HeadsUp bidding software works:
Vendors are chosen by cost code, area code, job size capability, or union affiliation.
The bid invitation document is sent to all vendors based on their contact preference (email or fax). Any bid invitations that need to be faxed are sent from HeadsUp at no charge to our customers.
Vendor email contain a web link to the virtual plan room
Bid invitation responses are then recorded by those intending to bid and when the bid is received.
HeadsUp construction bidding software uses Rich Text Format (RTF) for bid templates. What this means is that any word processor compatible with RTF can be used to generate bid templates. Compatible word processors include Microsoft Word and Corel WordPerfect.
