How HeadsUp works with your estimating software:
HeadsUp software electronically emails or faxes purchase orders to the appropriate vendors with Microsoft Word or Corel WordPerfect RTF templates.
Once received, HeadsUp tracks the open purchase orders and re-sends it if necessary.
Once approved, the information is transferred to accounting using HeadsUpSync.

Additionally, purchase order deliveries can be recorded at the construction site. And, the delivered amount may be entered or checked by item, or checked at the PO level, which designates all items as fully delivered. This information creates an accounts payable (A/P) record in the accounting system once HeadsUpSync is completed.
