As the current Job progresses, IOA Software gives you the ability to assign costs to that Job by allocating Purchase Orders directly, importing from Work Orders, Purchasing from Inventory, and allocating resources of salaried employees and/or sub-contractors.
While entering information directly from the time sheets, the costs will not only be distributed to the Job but they will also be carried over to the Payroll Module, thus avoiding double entry. You will have a great deal of project visibility based on the Job Standing Report. It provides a clear analysis of the profitability of your project to outline the revenue generated while considering the expenses incurred and the materials and resources used. All of this information creates a profitability report compared to the estimated costs.
