M1 Document Management controls related documents for quotes, parts, jobs and purchase orders through links at multiple levels
Document management provides a cost effective method of controlling external documents related to quotes, parts, jobs and purchase orders. An unlimited number of documents can be linked to these records. Drawings, video clips, graphics, spreadsheets, word processor and many more file formats can be linked and viewed from within various screens of M1.
Link Levels Documents can be linked to the part header, assembly and operations for all parts, quotes and jobs; and header for purchase orders
Formats Supports the viewing of any document with a native application viewer. Documents created by many popular third-party applications including CAD, bitmap graphics, text, video, spreadsheets, word processors, etc.
Benefits This module is extremely useful for maintaining quality records, safety records, work instructions, testing procedures, production information, customer drawings, and for viewing documents on the shop floor.
Integration M1 Document Management is fully integrated with Inventory Management, Estimating & Quoting, Job Management and Purchasing Management modules.
