M1‘s range of productivity tools increases your efficiency by providing access points to the information you require. Use devices such as graphs, calendars, explorers, wizards and other shortcuts to locate the answers to your questions quickly and accurately.
Activity Graphs Available in every module, these graphs display the transaction activity over a specified period of time. Click onto a bar to display the transactions involved.
Activity Calendar These calendars provide a visual overview of the value and number of transactions created on each day of the selected month. Drill into the transactions for more detail. The Cash Flow provides an instant view of the receivables and payables activity in each month.
Explorers A series of Explorers are used to locate all transactions for the selected record. Explorers are available in all modules.
Start Page A series of pre-defined searches providing a snap-shot view of your business. Double-click on a search to gain access to the transactions involved. Customize the access to these searches.
Drill Down Capability All the amazing productivity tools including reports, graphs, calendars etc.. in M1 give you drill down capability, so no need for multiple windows open or spending hours looking for data one click and all of the detailed data is right there.
Advisors Advisors answer common questions relating to the cost and suppliers for purchased parts; and the price and customer details for manufactured parts.
Wizards Wizards are used throughout the system to automate tasks such as; purchasing, job management and raising customer invoices. Use just one screen to create multiple purchase orders. Jobs and invoices are managed in the same manner.
Editing within grids Once you set the allow editing grid option you can now add records within the grid saving you time when adding multiple entries.
Price and Availability This tool is used to provide the price and availability of a part for a customer. See at a glance how many are on hand, in production and on order. Create an order or a quote in one easy step.
