With the M2M VIP enterprise portal, you can harness the power of the Web to
engage your customers, suppliers and employees and bring them closer to your
business. Made2Manage Systems' enterprise portal, M2M VIP, helps your company
meet your customers' and suppliers' need for information and collaboration—without
having to make the large capital investments that are traditionally associated
with e-business technologies.

M2M VIP is a hybrid-hosted Web application that is completely integrated with
the Made2Manage Enterprise Business System. The implementation process is quick
and easy because Made2Manage Systems provides the IT infrastructure for you—all
you need is a Web browser and a persistent Internet connection to launch your
own enterprise portal.

Customers

To get more out of your customer relationships, M2M VIP helps you provide a
new level of customer service. Your customers can:

  • Look up their order status information—including UPS tracking information.

  • Access invoice details.

  • Configure products and enter them into your system as a quote or order.

  • Check available inventory.

  • Access specifications for each part number in their own product catalog.
