Bulk Fulfillment and Label Printing: Select some or all of the items to be fulfilled and print their labels while having the shipping description made available on the printing label. The UPS OnLine® integration allows different steps of the fulfillment process to be handled by different people within the company, allowing picking, packing and shipping steps to be matched to meet your company’s process.
Tracking Numbers Enable Complete Visibility: NetSuite automatically ties tracking numbers to sales orders, invoices and customer records, providing complete visibility into shipping progress and delivery history from any transaction or customer record.
Customer Center Tracking: Customers can log into the Customer Center and view all their key information, such as order and payment history as well as shipment status.
