Priority One Plus -- Contractor's Office manages business processes for organizations such as remodeling contractors, custom and spec home builders, general contractors, contractors, insurance and fire-restoration companies, home repair contractors, and kitchen and bath specialists. In addition, this construction management software can be used to manage trades including concrete, drywall, metal studs, electrical, flooring, framing, landscaping, cabinets and countertops, electrical, HVAC, painting, plaster and stucco, plumbing, roofing and windows and doors for both residential and light commercial construction, according to the Baltimore-based vendor.
No matter their field, users can tap Priority One Plus -- Contractor's Office for a variety of tasks. In terms of construction estimating, for example, PrioSoft connects to RS Means databases that can be both customized and localized; PrioSoft also lets users create line-item estimates for large jobs or summary estimates for smaller projects. In addition, Priority One Plus -- Contractor's Office comes with a contact management system that includes appointment scheduling, automated emails and sales reports.
Other functions of Priority One Plus -- Contractor's Office include construction project management, job costing, construction scheduling, bid management and document management, according to the vendor.
The construction management software is available as an on-site or hosted application. Available directly from PrioSoft or its resellers, the per-user cost for the Web-based version is $40 per month or $399 a year, plus a $40 set-up fee. The desktop version lists for $795 per user.
