Sales Simplicity's CRM tool allows users to perform tasks such as writing and organizing letters and emails, viewing tasks and history, and scheduling new tasks. Users are also able to organize and track eLeads, prospects, buyers, homeowners, and realtors with contact and financial information.
The eLead management tool auto-populates electronic leads from a contractor's website into Sales Simplicity. This ensures that an automated response is generated and a follow-up task is scheduled, according to the vendor.
Sales Simplicity comes with more than 100 Crystal Reports templates, such as homebuyer demographics, follow-up status, and deposits paid or due. Contractors may also request custom reports. The software also offers automated purchase agreements, change orders, profit analysis, and a digital signature capture, the vendor said.
Finally, Sales Simplicity offers a design center management tool, which the vendor said assists with change order management and deposits.
