Tax Management. UltiPro delivers all federal, state, and local tax updates automatically every quarter as part of the core solution, so you don’t have to pay for or work with a third-party tax service. UltiPro’s comprehensive tax management system helps you handle tax compliance and computations, including multistate taxing rules and reciprocity, as well as taxation wage accumulation and withholding requirements.
Enterprise Integration Tools. UltiPro delivers unique Enterprise Integration Tools that provide the ability to interface painlessly with third-party applications, such as general ledger, tax filing services, time clocks, and organizational charts. You can also interface with your company’s bank, 401(k) and benefit providers, check printing service, and unemployment management service.
Customization Toolkit. Designed with a "common-sense" approach for nontechnical users, the UltiPro Customization Toolkit provides all of the utilities necessary to customize UltiPro quickly and easily. With proper security access, you can modify key windows or create new windows, fields, and processes. The customizations go into effect automatically on the date you specify - typically with no required maintenance on user workstations. Plus, unlike many software solutions, UltiPro customizations are stored "outside" the core system so that when UltiPro updates are loaded, your customizations are preserved.
