Your organization can harness the power, speed, and low cost of the Internet technology for the price of a DSL or T1 connection. Your remote operations can be on-line, real-time. DSL delivers response almost as good as in-house, and a dedicated T1 is like being there. You can be your own ASP and not have to “roll the dice” by placing product and customer information under the control of strangers.

Paperless - Electronic File Cabinets

Our external communication documents (sales acknowledgements, purchase orders, invoices, etc.) can be sent and filed… both electronically and on paper. The electronic copies are “read only” with memo areas for notes so they can be marked up but not changed. They are available for lookup in any sequence… at any time …anyplace you have access to the system… that you now know is pretty much anywhere.

EDI Interface

Support for the common EDI transactions (ASN, Purchase Orders, Purchase Releases, Invoices, etc.) are built into the system. The other method is a full service rental program, which includes our software, ongoing maintenance, and help desk in a low monthly payment. The program has a thirty day, no penalty, exit provision. Training, tailoring and implementation services are billed separately.
