New York, NY – March 14, 2005 - ADP Brokerage Services Group, a division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP), announced today the appointment of Charles Marchesani as General Manager of its Brokerage Processing Services (BPS) group. As such, he will be directly responsible for all BPS Operations, Product Development, Sales and Service Delivery.

Marchesani joined ADP more than 12 years ago and has had positions of increasing responsibility with the company. He started in 1992 as Director, Help Desk for the market data business where he was responsible for managing a 24x7 hour call center and for providing hardware support. In October 2000, Marchesani was promoted to Senior Vice President of Service Delivery. In this role, he oversaw the help desk, client services, product support, and account management for ADP’s back office clients.
Marchesani was promoted to SVP of Product Development in July, 2002 with responsibilities for application development, product management, quality assurance testing and clearing technology. Some of his accomplishments during his time leading Product Development include the introduction of new value added applications such as Back Office Workflow, Fee Processing System, Risk Management, Wealth Management applications and Trust Processing.
