Agreement Reinforces Company Strategy to Foster Direct, Proactive Customer Relationships and Provide Comprehensive Network of Professional Services and Support
INDIANAPOLIS, September 10, 2004—Made2Manage Systems Inc., a leading provider of enterprise-class business solutions that deliver ongoing value for manufacturers, today announced the close of its acquisition of certain assets of ADS Software LLC and ADS Information Systems, Inc. (ADS), a former value-added reseller of Made2Manage Systems. Under the terms of the agreement, Made2Manage Systems acquired the intellectual property rights to Made2Manage-centric products formerly owned by ADS.

The intellectual property acquired from ADS comprises software designed to augment and extend the Made2Manage Enterprise Business System. Specific ADS-branded products include Interactive Form Editor (IFE), IFE Plus!, Enhance!, Enhance!Plus, General Ledger Detail Audit (GLDA), and Point of Sale (POS).
