Epicor® Wins International Business Award
Epicor CEO and Chairman George Klaus Recognized with Stevie® for Outstanding
Leadership Performance in the Fourth Annual International Business Awards
IRVINE, Calif., July 2, 2007 — Epicor Software Corporation (NASDAQ: EPIC), a leading

1000 companies, today announced that George Klaus, chairman and chief executive officer of
Epicor, has won an International Stevie Award for Best Chairman in The 2007 International
Business Awards (IBAs).
Members of the Awards' Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors and their staffs
selected International Stevie winners from among the Finalists, which were determined by
volunteer judges around the world during two months of preliminary judging. Klaus was
evaluated on his achievements and performance over the last year. The Stevies’ judging panel
considered the company’s 2006 performance, based on metrics including revenue and stock
prices, as well as product mix.

than 1,000 nominations received from companies and individuals in more than 30 countries.
