Enhancements provide greater efficiencies and access to information for small-to-medium sized manufacturers

Exact Alliance/MFG is a full-featured ERP solution based on the APICS MRP-II model. Its intelligent mixed-mode manufacturing capability offers unparalleled flexibility. Alliance supports a variety of manufacturing modes and combinations, including make-to-stock, make-to-order, and assemble-to-order.
This new version is the result of ongoing product research and development with the Alliance/MFG customer-base. The enhancements included in version 7.0 are aimed at creating greater efficiencies in daily tasks, which result in increased productivity for Alliance/MFG customers. Based on user feedback, Alliance 7.0 includes new view screens and grids, a work order release manager, and links to material requirements planning that review the cause and effect of demand within a manufacturing organization.

With well over a dozen enhancements, Alliance 7.0 now includes multi-currency support for users that buy and sell in foreign currencies, enhanced sidebar options, and links to documents on sales and purchase orders. Some of the highlights of Alliance 7.0 include:
Work Order Release Manager – The Release Manager is a major new planning tool which allows users to evaluate material availability for one or more work orders at a glance. You can now answer the question “What can I build now - today?”
New View Screens/Grids – The new view grids greatly improve the ability of users to find, view, and share data stored in Alliance/MFG. Data can be easily organized and displayed without the need to create and perform multiple complex queries.
Material Requirements Planning Links – The sidebar related links now provide a way to quickly review the cause and effect of demand in within a company, by providing access to the pegging and assembly in MRP action parts.
