Appointments align organization to help strengthen market position
ANDOVER, Massachusetts – February 6, 2006 – Exact Software™, a leading provider of solutions that connect the people, processes and knowledge essential to an organization, today announced that the company has appointed Steve Massey to the position of director of product line management and Christopher Lenzo to the position of director of product strategy. Mr. Massey will be charged with heading up all of Exact’s product development, documentation, quality assurance, and support initiatives in the North American Market. He previously served in the role of general manager for Exact’s JobBOSS division, a role that will be combined with his new responsibilities. Mr. Lenzo will be charged with Exact’s overall product strategy and vision for the North American market. He previously served as director of operations for Exact’s Macola division.
Mr. Massey joined Exact JobBOSS® in October 1999 as a professional service consultant managing JobBOSS implementations; troubleshooting network issues, and providing customization services and training from start to finish. Prior to his appointment to general manager, he was the director of product management at JobBOSS, responsible for support, training, consulting and finance. Mr. Massey has over 10 years of manufacturing experience and 12 years of experience in information technology (IT). He has held various positions in consulting, training, and custom programming that allow him to have a unique perspective on the needs of Exact Software’s customers.
Mr. Lenzo joined Exact Software in 2004 as director of operations for Exact Software’s Columbus, Ohio office, where he oversaw the product development and support of the Macola product lines. In addition, he was also responsible for the product management and business development function for Exact Macola®. Mr. Lenzo has been involved with the design, development and delivery of commercial information systems for more than 15 years. With a focus on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, he has held management roles in sales, marketing, development and professional services with several high-growth, mid-market ERP companies.
