ANDOVER, Massachusetts – (May 17, 2004) – Exact Software™, a leading provider of solutions that connect the people, processes and knowledge essential to an organization, today announced that demand for its business solutions continues to increase in North America, particularly in Canada where the company has opened a new, regional sales office in Montreal, Quebec. Since 2003, sales in Canada have nearly doubled and with this office, Exact is now better able to coordinate sales and support efforts across the country.
As is the case with U.S.-based mid-market organizations, Canadian organizations are similarly facing new challenges with regard to streamlining business processes and finding new solutions for improving communications with each layer of the value chain, including employees, customers and partners. Through its sales and proactive marketing efforts, the new office has made an immediate impact with regard to building awareness for Exact and securing new customers.
Among the Canadian customers who have recently purchased either Exact’s e-Synergy® or Macola ES® products are Vortex Aquatic Structures, a manufacturer of aquatic playground equipment; Communitech Technology Association, a non-profit organization serving the Waterloo region; and the Ontario Psychological Association, an independent organization for psychology professionals in the province of Ontario.
