Three-day User Conference to Showcase Company’s Five Product Divisions
Andover, Massachusetts – September 27, 2004 – Exact Software™ (Amsterdam Euronext: EXAH.AS), a leading provider of solutions that connect the people, processes and knowledge essential to an organization, today announced the keynote speakers and agenda for Engage 2004, the company’s North American customer conference, which will take place October 3-6 in Chicago. This year’s conference, which will bring together more than 600 customers and feature more than 150 product-specific sessions stretching across the company’s five product lines, is being held in North America for the first time.
Engage will serve as an open forum for Exact customers to gain first-hand insight and knowledge into their software investments. The featured speakers for this year’s event include Joe Theismann, ESPN analyst and former quarterback of the Washington Redskins, who will deliver the keynote address, and Steve Ballmer, CEO of Microsoft. In his keynote address, Theismann will provide insightful commentary and best practices for overcoming the hurdles of sudden change, while Ballmer will highlight the benefits realized by the SMB market as a direct result of Microsoft and Exact’s strong partnership.

Engage 2004 will feature a full calendar of educational presentations and end-user case studies highlighting the return on investment mid-market organizations are realizing with Exact’s products. Throughout the conference, attendees will have access to Exact executives and product general managers representing Macola®, e-Synergy®, JobBOSS®, MAX® and Alliance/MFG®.
