Exact Software North America CEO James P. Kent, Jr., Named to Exact Board of Directors
DELFT, The Netherlands - January 31, 2005 — The General Meeting of Shareholders of Exact Holding N.V. recently appointed a new supervisory board. The nomination for appointment of these individuals as members of the supervisory board of Exact Holding N.V. is a result of an announcement made on September 9, 2004, by the present members of the supervisory board to resign as soon as their succession would be arranged.
New members appointed to the Exact Software Supervisory Board are:- E.A.J. van de Merwe, independent advisor, former chairman of the board of directors of Fortis Bank Nederland, and MeesPierson
- R.W.J.M. Bonnier, former member of the board of directors of KNP BT
- J. de Boer, entrepreneur and advisor, former chairman of Koninklijke Vereniging MKB-Nederland
The new supervisory board intends to elect Mr. Van de Merwe as its chairman.
New additions to Exact Software's Board of Directors:
As previously announced in December 2004, the new supervisory board intends to add the following individuals to the board of directors of Exact Holding N.V.:- Rajesh S. H. Patel, Vice President, Exact International
- James P. Kent Jr., Vice President, Exact Holding N.V.; CEO, Exact Software North America
- Eelco van der Enden, CFO, Exact Holding N.V.
