Exact Software reported worldwide revenues of €212 million ($275 million) in 2004 versus €206 million in 2003. At constant currency rates, revenue would have been €218 million.
“Exact continues to penetrate new market segments with our e-Synergy, Macola ES, and JobBOSS products, and we continue to help our customers leverage new efficiencies throughout their organizations,” said James P. Exact Software saw the number of worldwide seats of e-Synergy nearly double in 2004, a number that was reflected in the North American market, where there are now almost 300 e-Synergy customer sites. In addition, Exact JobBOSS posted strong sales gains during 2004, surpassing sales goals for the year (both new-site sales and add-on sales) and attaining a strong increase in profitability for the year. Exact also realized tremendous market traction with its Exact Event Manager™ application, a business monitoring and exception management solution, as there were over 120 customer sites running the product after its first full year of availability.
“We have posted solid results across our product lines this past year as organizations look to upgrade their IT investments with solutions that offer them added value in today’s business climate,” Kent added. “We hope to see this momentum continue both with our existing products and with new products, like our recently introduced Exact Business Analytics™ solution, that we will bring to market in the next year.”
