Atlanta-based IT Consulting Firm Extends Exact’s Presence in Southeast Region
ANDOVER, Massachusetts – December 15, 2005 – Exact Software™, a leading provider of solutions that connect the people, processes and knowledge essential to an organization, today announced that the company has completed the acquisition of Inspired Solutions, an Atlanta, Georgia-based IT consulting and professional services firm. As a result of this acquisition, Inspired Solutions will now become a regional operation for Exact Software North America, and continue to service and support their customers in the Southeast.
Serving approximately 200 customers, Inspired Solutions has been an Exact Software business partner since 1996. During the last ten years, the organization has worked closely with Exact to provide mid-market organizations with the business solutions necessary to create new levels of efficiency across the enterprise. The acquisition will provide Inspired Solutions’ employees with greater access to resources for assisting customers with their solutions needs. P.J. Bain, president of Inspired Solutions, will remain with the company as a General Manager responsible for heading up the new regional operation.

These regional offices, along with more than 80 business partner sites, provide the critical local sales, services and support that end-users require to ensure successful implementations of Exact Software solutions.
