Awards recognize partners’ extraordinary successes.
REDMOND, Wash. — July 29, 2005 — Microsoft Corp. recently honored 22 of its thousands of partners with the 2005 Microsoft® Business Solutions partner recognition awards. The awards were presented at a ceremony during Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference, the company’s premier annual event for industry partners, held this year in Minneapolis. Award recipients were chosen from a group of finalists from around the world. At the ceremony Microsoft also recognized the 2005 Microsoft Business Solutions Inner Circle members and the 2005 Microsoft Business Solutions President’s Club members.
“Every year we recognize teams and individuals who are dedicated to enabling people and businesses throughout the world to realize their full potential,” said Doug Burgum, senior vice president of the Business Solutions group at Microsoft. “Our partners represent the premier channel in the industry. They are experts at building relationships that improve the lives and business success of customers. It’s an honor to acknowledge their award-winning performances at our annual Microsoft Business Solutions recognition event.”
The Business Solutions group reviewed several key criteria in selecting Microsoft Certified Partners for the special recognition, including outstanding sales performance, exemplary technological expertise on Microsoft Business Solutions products and services, consistently high customer satisfaction ratings, and feedback from peers and team members.
