NetSuite Announces Customer Wins Across Asia

Mid-Sized Companies Embrace Software as a Service to Run Business

SINGAPORE — 22 December 2005 — NetSuite, Inc., the leader in on-demand business management software for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), today announced many customer wins in Asia from a spectrum of industries including consumer goods manufacturing, security services, events management and online distribution. Since NetSuite opened its headquarters in Singapore in August, its on-demand integrated business management suite of applications has attracted customers across Asia who now run their business on a single application that includes ERP, CRM and ecommerce capabilities. Ranked as the fastest-growing private company in Deloitte's recent Fast 50 list and the fastest-growing private software company in the U.S. by Inc. Magazine, NetSuite is the world's largest provider of on-demand business management software for SMEs. NetSuite's award-winning product offerings include NetSuite, NetSuite Small Business, NetSuite CRM+, and NetSuite Ecommerce. Its Singapore office provides sales, support and consulting to customers throughout Asia. For more information about NetSuite's Singapore operations, please visit: www.netsuite.com/singapore.

The new customers announced today include:

XL Results Foundation:
"We've been growing rapidly in Southeast Asia, but our technology was outdated and did not give us an overall picture of where the business stood," said Irene Millar, General Manager of Singapore-based XL Results Foundation (www.resultsfoundation.com), which provides networking, coaching, training and resources for entrepreneurs throughout Asia Pacific. "Now we're using NetSuite for our event management, including our Web store sign ups, email marketing campaigns, and customer support. We now have a clear picture of our business and are much more effective. NetSuite will support our expansion into new territories planned during 2006."

OPS Limited:
"We love how NetSuite gives us real-time access to all our ERP and CRM data while we're on the road," said Jerker Berthou, co-founder of OPS Limited (www.ops-limited), a Hong Kong-based manufacturer of promotional apparel with employees in China, Bangladesh and Belgium. "We have three warehouses and will use NetSuite for the tracking and shipping of our inventory, and in addition will be able to easily set up a Web store and start selling online, adding that extra revenue stream."

ICD:
"After six years in the business we, realized our several in-house databases would not take us to the next level," said Ron Effron, CEO of ICD (www.icd.com.cn), a security company with 80 employees based in Beijing, China, and with eight locations throughout the country. "We knew we needed an online system, and after considering several stand-alone options, decided it made more sense to go with a total solution. So we chose NetSuite."

Skyline APAC (s) Pte Ltd.:
"We were using QuickBooks for a few years, but we had to keep separate accounts, and we outgrew it," said Felix Chin, Director, Skyline APAC (s) Pte Ltd. (www.skylinesb.com), a distributor of digital accessories based in Singapore, with branches in Malaysia and Thailand. "We considered Microsoft CRM, but it, too, would have required us to have information in separate places. With NetSuite, we now have our CRM, ERP and ecommerce all in one product."

About NetSuite
NetSuite, Inc. was founded in 1998 by Oracle CEO and chairman Larry Ellison and his leading technology guru and current NetSuite CTO Evan Goldberg to bring the power of integrated and low-cost application software to SMEs. From the introduction of NetSuite's first product in 1999 to the 2002 launch of NetSuite, the first mid-market integrated CRM/ERP/Ecommerce, the company has led the market in creating a new standard in business applications. Delivered as Web-based, on-demand applications, NetSuite's product offerings can reduce the cost of business applications by as much as 90 percent as there is no hardware to procure; no large, up-front licence fees; and no resources required to install, maintain, or upgrade the system. And finally, the products' easy-to-use "dashboard" user interface provides an intelligent, role-specific portal view of the application. With more than 7,500 companies using the company's products, NetSuite is the largest provider of online business applications in the world.
