NetSuite Names New Leader of Channel Sales

Adam Ross Joins NetSuite from Best Software

SAN MATEO, CA. — March 24, 2005 — NetSuite, Inc., today announced a major step in strengthening and expanding its channel sales by bringing on board Adam Ross as Vice President of Channel Sales. Ross joins NetSuite from Best Software, where he served as National Sales Director for Best Software's CRM division. While at Best Software, Ross oversaw all aspects of the business for the CRM division of the company. As a result of his leadership, the CRM division significantly increased revenue for its CRM sales while drastically reducing operating expenses. At NetSuite, Ross will lead the company's overall channel sales initiative to further increase the sales of its award-winning products including NetSuite, NetSuite Small Business, NetCRM, NetERP and NetCommerce. For more information about this please go to www.netsuite.com/channelinfo.com.

"I am very excited to have Adam as part of the management team," said Zach Nelson, president and CEO of NetSuite. "The Channel Program is a key to the continued rapid growth at NetSuite and I'm confident Adam's proven success and extensive experience will take our Channel sales to the next level."

"NetSuite's technology is ground-breaking because it is one complete and integrated application to run an entire business," said Adam Ross. "Value-Added Resellers who specialize in helping small and mid-size companies better manager their business processes will clearly be attracted to NetSuite's unique solution and VAR program opportunities."

Launched in 2002, the NetSuite Channel Program has been playing an important role in the sales of NetSuite's award-winning products. Now there are more than 150 high quality resellers in the program, brining NetSuite 30% of its total revenue each year. NetSuite has believed that value-added solution providers play an important role in customer adoption of on-demand software solutions and has shaped its program to ensure that product resellers will prosper with NetSuite as growth for on-demand solutions accelerates. NetSuite's channel program has been recognized by both industry-leading analyst firms and publications. NetSuite's program has been awarded a Five-Star rating for its breadth and depth by VARBusiness Magazine. In a Garner survey of Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and consultants, NetSuite received the top ranking as a market visionary and finished in the Top 5 in the Vendor Solutions Poll, a measure of products' functional capability, NetSuite is the only product developed as an on-demand solution to receive such high marks for product capability.

A long term member of the SalesLogix staff, Ross was one of the first 20 employees of Interact Commerce Corporation, the company's parent prior to its' acquisition by The Sage Group PLC, known as Best Software in North America. Prior to his National Sales Director role at Best Software, Ross was Manager of Strategic Accounts. In this role he focused on Fortune 1,000 customers. Before that, Ross was Director of Strategic Alliances with Sales Performance International, the makers of the market-leading Solution Selling sales methodology based in Scottsdale, Ariz.

NetSuite enables companies to manage all key business operations in a single, integrated system, which includes customer relationship management; order management and fulfillment; inventory management; finance; ecommerce and Web site management; and employee productivity. NetSuite is delivered as an on-demand service, so there is no hardware to procure, no large, up-front license fee, and no complex set-ups. Finally, NetSuite's patent-pending "real-time dash board" technology provides an easy-to-use view into role-specific business information that is always up-to-date.
