NetSuite Adds Workopolis to Growing List of Canadian Customer Wins

Biggest Job Site in Canada Selects NetSuite CRM for Sales Force Automation, Customer Service/Support and More

San Mateo, Calif., — May 27, 2005 — NetSuite Inc., the market leader in on-demand business solutions for growing businesses, today announced that Workopolis has selected NetSuite CRM for sales force automation, customer service/support and more. With NetSuite, Workopolis will be able to track sales orders — from lead to close, provide superior support for customers, and deliver real-time, accurate reporting capabilities to employees. In addition, Workopolis will utilize NetSuite’s advanced customization capabilities via NetFlex and customize SFA extensively to have multiple customer service representatives attached to a single customer record. The new functionality will allow Workopolis to accommodate its explosive revenue growth as well as solidify its top position as the largest job site in Canada.

Founded in 2001, Workopolis is home to 50,000+ job postings and more than two million resumes with 16 million job searches each month. Corporate clients such as GM, Sears, Johnson & Johnson, and even NetSuite utilize Workopolis when searching for qualified candidates.

"To keep up with our tremendous growth, it was imperative that we had a platform that could tie-in inside and outside sales, customer service and operations," said Patrick Sullivan, CEO of Workopolis. "We have exactly these capabilities with NetSuite, and because it’s a hosted solution, implementation and transfer of data has been painless. We’re confident NetSuite will take us to the next level in our business."

Previously using Siebel, Workopolis came to NetSuite for some key attributes that fit the specific needs of Workopolis’ fast growing business, including integration with existing email and calendar system, customer support/case support, and level of customization.

"Having worked with Workopolis on our hiring efforts, we are thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with the company on our continuing efforts of expansion," said Steve Frappier, Canadian director of sales for NetSuite. "We understand the unique needs of fast-growing companies such as Workopolis, and we look forward to taking them to the next level."

About NetSuite
NetSuite, Inc. was founded in 1998 by Oracle CEO and chairman, Larry Ellison, and his leading technology guru and current NetSuite CTO, Evan Goldberg, to bring the power of integrated application suites to SMEs (small and mid-size enterprises). From the introduction of its first online accounting application in 1999, to the 2002 launch of NetSuite, to becoming the first mid-market integrated CRM/ERP/ecommerce application, the company has led the market in creating a new standard in business applications. Delivered as Web-based on-demand applications, NetSuite can reduce the cost of business applications by as much as 90 percent as there is no hardware to procure; no large, up-front license fees; and no resources required to install, maintain, or upgrade the system. And finally, the products' easy-to-use, patent-pending "dashboard" user interface provides an intelligent, role-specific portal view of the application. With more than 7,500 companies having licensed NetSuite's products, NetSuite is the largest provider of online business applications in the world.
