SAP Hosts Sold-Out Enterprise Services Forum for ISVs |

SAN JOSE, Calif. - June 08, 2005 - Building on the momentum from last month’s SAPPHIRE®, SAP’s international customer conference, SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) today announced the inaugural SAP Enterprise Services Forum, to be held in San Jose, California on June 8, 2005. The SAP Enterprise Services Forum represents a continuation of SAP’s strategy to recruit independent software vendors (ISVs) to help build and develop SAP NetWeaver™ as the platform of choice. In addition, the event will offer insights into SAP’s strategy for helping ISVs develop and license tools and specifications that support “Enterprise Services Ready” solutions.
The first in a series of events around the world, the SAP Enterprise Services Forum will provide ISVs with the opportunity to join the Powered by SAP NetWeaver Partner Program. The program was established to accommodate the needs of ISVs and system integrators by enabling them to create and certify Powered by SAP NetWeaver solutions. With more than 150 companies certified to date, the program has already experienced rapid adoption, and this event will serve as an opportunity to hear from other ISVs about how they are building successful businesses on SAP NetWeaver.
With more than 300 attendees representing 200 ISV companies, 200 partners and more than 60 C-level executives attending, the SAP Enterprise Services Forum is poised to help software partners create innovative and Enterprise Services Ready solutions for their customer bases. The agenda features presentations from SAP executives, SAP customers, SAP partners and industry visionaries, including:- Shai Agassi, president, Product and Technology Group, member of the Executive Board, SAP AG
- George Paolini, senior vice president, Platform Ecosystem Development, SAP AG
- Geoffrey Moore, technology visionary and best-selling author
