Toyota Financial Services Chooses SAP® Leasing and Loan Solutions |

NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa. - July 26, 2005 - SAP America, Inc., a subsidiary of SAP AG (NYSE: SAP), announced today that Toyota Financial Services, USA (TFS), a leading provider of automotive and commercial financial services, has selected the SAP® Leasing and SAP Loans Management applications to achieve operational excellence and improve customer service in their Commercial Finance group. Toyota Financial Services is one of the top 10 largest automotive finance companies in the United States, with managed assets totaling more than $50 billion.
