IOA’s Job Costing application allows you to be better prepared to manage the project at hand. With the Job Costing function you can create an estimated cost from a build-up method. As the current Job progresses, IOA Software gives you the ability to assign costs to that Job by allocating Purchase Orders directly, importing from Work Orders, Purchasing from Inventory, and allocating resources of salaried employees and/or sub-contractors.
While entering information directly from the time sheets, the costs will not only be distributed to the Job but they will also be carried over to the Payroll Module, thus avoiding double entry.
