IOA’s Utilities Setup & Installation feature is where you set your defaults for your General Ledger (GL) accounts, reset your Purchase Order (PO) number and reset your Invoice number and any other tracking numbers throughout the software. You are able to determine the number of accounting periods and the actual dates with the Periods Setup sub-module. For easy reference, month ends and year ends can be closed out or left open.
