PowerTakeoff Digitizer Software offers the same features as Crystal Solution and adds a QuickScale and the ability to color code the takeoff. With PowerTakeoff users can work in any scale they choose; more commonly used scales can be selected from the QuickScale list. Additionally, QuickScale offers eight sets of units, the ability to auto scale unknown scales with the digitizer and a numeric scale that automatically adjusts for unit changes, the vendor said. With PowerTakeoff's color code feature, meanwhile, users can break takeoff down into separate layers with a different color assigned to each layer; additionally, users can assign a name or code to each layer and each layer can have its own scale and units of measure....
