The latest version of BuildLinks, v6, offers functionality for resource management, construction scheduling, lot planning, inventory management, data analytics and cost and profitability analysis. Web portals are available for subcontractors as well as homebuyers; the latter also serves a buyer's needs after closing, the vendor said.
Because BuildLinks is hosted project management software, users do not have to install or maintain any software. Upon implemented, BuildLinks Inc. configures the application to conform to a contractor's existing business practices, the vendor said. On-site training is also provided.
