Bid2Win estimating and bidding software is supported by a SQL Server database, providing multiple users with simultaneous access to data, the vendor said. At the same time, the software's construction estimates are constantly updated through its XML Web services, which receive information from other integrated systems.
Within Bid2Win, the Estimate Detail tab lets users create and/or view any level of detail for a construction estimate, according to the vendor. Meanwhile, the Management Reporting function automatically emails reports to team members; it also facilitates bid analysis by accessing past bid data and by running queries on past bids, Bid2Win said.
